For women ready to begin again.

There are moments when life invites us to start fresh — professionally or personally. Together we uncover limiting beliefs, discover resources and values, and develop a goal that truly belongs to you.

I work with artistic forms of expression — painting, body work, voice, movement — to break through fixed patterns. Creative, deep, shaped by real life experience.

Coaching themes:

  • Biographical crises & transitions
  • Career reorientation
  • Self-worth & visibility
  • Family system & inner parts
  • Creativity & artistic expression
  • Healthy boundaries & self-assertion

Creative work

Art as a path inward.

Creativity is not a talent — it is an attitude. And it lives in every person, even when it has been buried for a long time.

In these workshops — together with Rebekka Schneider — we use artistic methods as doors: painting, writing, body work, voice and movement open spaces that pure conversation often cannot reach.

"How the person shapes art — and how art shapes one's own biography."

What to expect:

  • Artistic exercises — no prior experience needed
  • Biographical work with creative expression
  • Small group — personal setting
  • Space for what you can't yet put into words

Constellation Work

Making the invisible visible.

What lives in your family system becomes visible in the room: what lies behind — your ancestors, your origins. What lies between — relationships and patterns. What stands alongside — the accompanying, the invisible.

Family Constellation

Making invisible bonds and entanglements within a family system visible. Spatial representation of relationships that work across generations. Themes: ancestry & origins, relationship and partnership questions, professional constellations, inner parts & symbols.

Trauma Constellation

Gentle access to deep wounds, without reliving the trauma. We work at your own pace — careful and systemic.

Working with Inner Images

Using the power of imagination to access deeper layers of awareness. Ideal when words alone are not enough.

Opening space before structures make people sick.

In many organisations, exhaustion is no longer an exception — it is the norm. People work with great competence, but inwardly without resonance.

My workshops for teams and leaders are not art therapy — they are spaces for reflection and experience. A protected space where people can once again feel what is alive in them.

"Using art preventively means: opening space before structures make people sick."

What emerges:

  • Awareness of inner and outer stress patterns
  • Access to creative energy instead of reactive exhaustion
  • Communication that goes beyond function
  • Shared creation instead of individual withdrawal

Rahel & Rebekka

For over 15 years I led theatre projects where acting and personal development went hand in hand. During a Hamlet production by the legendary EnttäuscheMich Ensemble, I asked Rebekka Schneider to conduct a real live constellation in the middle of our performance. The audience didn't know what was staged and what was real. This encounter became the beginning of our collaboration.

Rebekka Schneider combines constellation work with energetic healing. Together we open spaces that neither of us could create alone.

She Is Ready.

For the dying of the mother.

"If you, like me, are completely overwhelmed because your mother is dying — and you sense that behind the fear something new is waiting to be born: this book is for you."

An autofictional non-fiction book about a mother's dying as an opportunity for transformation. Personal, courageous, rooted in Berlin, Basel and Northern Norway — and yet universal.

✦ The Norwegian translation is forthcoming in summer 2026.

Actress. Director. Coach.

"Everything is already there. You just need to (re)find it."

For over 20 years I have performed on stages across Europe, Asia, the USA and South America. I worked with Constanza Macras' Dorky Park, co-founded the collective GUTESTUN with Anne Tismer, directed a Peer Gynt production on an island in Northern Norway — and was part of the development of the Social Muscle Club. I am still active today.

Alongside this, I led the EnttäuscheMich Ensemble for many years — a theatre collective with long-term unemployed people. The final performance took place at the House of the German Trade Unions, with Andrea Nahles as guest of honour. This work showed me first-hand the power that art can have in personal development.

When my mother died, it was a turning point. I experienced how strongly biography shapes us — and how much strength lies in freeing oneself from old roles. This coaching grew from that.

I am an ECA-certified systemic coach, biography coach and constellation facilitator (trained with Martin Lenz).

In 2020 I accompanied my mother in her dying. I interviewed her — and this gave me the strength to ask her the important questions one last time.
